After building their business primarily through word of mouth, Primal Goods Co. set out to grow their customer base. They contacted us looking to elevate their brand identity and create a marketing strategy that would increase awareness, consideration, and loyalty. We revamped their digital presence top to bottom, including a new website, Instagram feed, email newsletter, and influencer strategy.
We created a new visual identity for Primal Goods Co., including custom icons, typography, and graphic elements. We used this new design to create a series of printable tools to help customers track their intake and progress, which boosted brand loyalty and interest.
We were tasked with creating a website that showcased the variety of products offered and highlighted their value proposition. We also highlighted their partnerships with renowned personalities in the health and wellness industry by prominently showcasing these individuals and their Primal Packs throughout the site.
To help grow their customer base, we developed an influencer strategy designed to reach new audiences through partnerships with renowned faces in the fitness industry. We used this content across their Instagram page along with the website for added credibility. We also created a weekly newsletter, which included a template design and weekly edits to the content.
We partnered with Coastlight Media to develop a library of indoor and outdoor visual content for PGC. Based out of Santa Cruz, California, Coastlight Media specializes in photography, film production, and post production. Together, we developed a comprehensive shot list of photos and videos that would be used for the refreshed website and social media pages. Coastlight Media took the reins to shoot PGC’s products and packaging, capture action shots around the Bay Area, and edit a series of short videos.
